When you say your ‘I do’s’ at Bardney Hall, you can hire the venue on a dry hire basis, or choose from one of our carefully curated packages.

Garden Games From croquet to giant Jenga, your guests are sure to be entertained

Hidden Extras At Bardney Hall we clear your confetti, cut and serve your cake, provide a cake knife and stand, allow overnight parking for resident and none staying guests…to name just a few!

From small intimate weddings to grand celebrations with a marquee or tipi, we provide options that will fit your style and budget. Bardney Hall can accommodate up to 70 day and 100 evening guests within the hall itself and is available throughout the year. For larger numbers of up to 90 day and 120 evening guests, couples can choose a marquee or tipi option available mid May to mid September.

Ceremonies

Choose the Ceremony Room for up to 60 guests, the Garden Room for up to 70 Guests, or for larger numbers opt for a marquee/ tipi.  You may of course prefer  our stunning grounds to host your ceremony.

Dining 

Choose the Ceremony Room for intimate weddings, the Garden Room for up to 70 Guests or marquee/tipi for larger numbers. We offer alfresco dining but the decision is made on the day (weather dependent).

Exclusive hire of Bardney Hall includes the lovely entrance with baby grand piano, elegant sitting room, ceremony room, well stocked bar, and fairy lit garden room.

We pride ourselves in offering you the day of your dreams, each element is tailored to you and will reflect you as a couple. Your ideas and vision will be incorporated and crafted into your unique day, At Bardney Hall we have hosted weddings with horses, alpacas, dogs and even owls! We love individuality and something different!

We have a list of trusted suppliers whom we can recommend to our couples for everything from hair and make up to live bands!

The Night Of Your Wedding

Exuding romance and the dreamiest of spaces, hire our five elegant bedrooms on the night of your wedding for yourselves and nearest and dearest. Enjoy breakfast together the following morning before saying your goodbyes and starting your journey as a married couple.

The  Night Before

For a full minimoon experience, stay the night before your wedding too with those you love…. arriving at 2pm, enjoy ample time to complete the finishing touches to your big day, with our helpful staff on hand to help.  Relax and invite extra guests along for a quiet drink at the bar before retiring to our five individually designed bedrooms, each with private bathroom, luxury facilities and garden views.

Wake up refreshed and ready for your celebrations with a delicious breakfast served at the start of your day, then prepare in readiness within beautiful and spacious surroundings.

Hire The Austen Suite

Hire the beautiful Austen Suite for a minimum of three hours prior to saying your ‘I do’s.’  Drenched with natural daylight this space is perfect for your preparations and pre ceremony photos. Enjoy a glass of fizz and make precious memories with those you love.

With the Dry Hire option, we will help you every step of the way, ensuring you have the best time ever!
